Shipping & Deliveries

General Shipping Information

  • We know you want your new goodies in your hands as soon as possible and we try our hardest to get them out right away! Most of the time we are able to ship orders same or next day! Please do allow extra time during sales and holidays. 
  • We believe in carving out quality time with our families, and while we work tirelessly during the week we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. 
  • Orders are shipped via USPS. Domestic orders typically take 2-10 business days to arrive once they leave our facility.  International orders typically take 10 to 25 business days to arrive once they leave our facility.
  • A shipment confirmation including a tracking number will be emailed once your package is on its way!

 

Continental US Shipping

  • Always FREE SHIPPING on orders of $75 or more!
  • Always FREE SHIPPING on all APO/FPO orders all the time! Free Shipping is applied automatically at checkout. 
  • Flat rate shipping to the Continental US for $4.95 

 

Canada Shipping

  • Flat rate shipping to Canada for $25.00 
  • FREE SHIPPING on orders of $200 or more!
  • We ship packages through USPS and shipments to Canada usually arrive with 10 to 25 business days from the shipped date, excluding weekends and holidays.

We ship your package DDU, duties and taxes unpaid, and do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. International orders are subject to custom fees. All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package.  Your local post office/carrier can provide information on the method of payment accepted for the duties, taxes and other fees collected upon delivery. Any package rejected and sent back to us will be subject to return shipping fees.

 

International Shipping

We currently only have options to ship Domestic US and to Canada. However; we want to be able to serve everyone and would be happy to look into pricing on shipping internationally for you. If you are interested in placing an order and do not live in an area we ship please feel free to send an email to hello@pinkslateboutique.com so we can assist.  Please note in the email exactly what items you would like to order (including sizes and quantities) and the exact address you would like it shipped to so we can get a quote for you. 

 

Please note that all packages are shipped uninsured. If you wish to add insurance or signature confirmation you must let us know by emailing us before your order is processed. We will not be held responsible for packages or returns lost or damaged in the mail. We are not responsible for any order that shows delivered in the shipment tracking.
